Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Styler, including the Styler Webflow Designer Extension and related backend services.

By installing or using Styler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Styler.

Styler provides tools for Webflow project analysis and organization, including page scanning, semantic naming suggestions, Client-First-oriented class naming, Navigator labeling, component naming, saved plans, design-system Variable workflows, and feedback features.

Features may change over time.

You may use Styler only if you have the legal authority to access and modify the relevant Webflow site, workspace, and project content.

If you use Styler on behalf of a client, company, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Styler can make changes to a Webflow project. You are responsible for reviewing a plan before Apply and confirming that you are working in the intended site and page, proposed names are appropriate, component changes are appropriate, and the project is in a state where changes can safely be made.

For important production projects, maintain appropriate Webflow backups/version history as part of your normal workflow.

Some Styler naming features use AI-generated suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, ambiguous, or unsuitable for a specific project.

Styler places a review step before Apply, and you remain responsible for deciding whether to use a suggestion.

Styler may create, reuse, bind, rename, or otherwise organize supported Webflow project resources when you explicitly run the relevant workflow.

Styler attempts to validate context and preserve existing styling, but no automated migration can guarantee that every project-specific interaction, dependency, or future change will behave exactly as expected.

You may not use Styler to access a Webflow project without authorization, bypass Webflow permissions, interfere with authentication or security controls, send malicious or abusive content through feedback, disrupt the service, use Styler in violation of law, or reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Do not intentionally submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment information, or other secrets through Styler feedback or free-text fields.

Styler is designed to exclude protected form-input and authentication-related fields from page analysis, but you remain responsible for avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.

Styler depends on third-party platforms and services, including Webflow and infrastructure or processing providers used to operate Styler.

Your use of Webflow remains subject to Webflow's own terms and policies. Third-party outages, API changes, permission changes, platform changes, or service restrictions may affect Styler.

Styler may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued. No guarantee is made that every feature will always be available without interruption.

Styler, including its application code, interface, documentation, branding, and original materials, is owned by the Styler developer or applicable licensors.

These Terms give you a limited right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Styler's intellectual property. You retain ownership of your Webflow project content subject to applicable third-party rights.

If you submit product feedback, feature ideas, or problem reports, you allow Styler to use that feedback to maintain and improve the product.

Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

Use of Styler is also subject to the Styler Privacy Policy, which explains what information Styler processes, how it is used, retention practices, and service providers involved in operating the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Styler is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Styler does not guarantee that every suggestion will be correct, every project will be compatible with every feature, the service will be uninterrupted, every naming migration will match your preferred architecture, or third-party services will remain unchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Styler developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Styler, including loss of revenue, data, business opportunity, or project rework.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Access to Styler may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse or security threats, comply with legal requirements, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using Styler at any time by uninstalling or revoking its access in Webflow.

These Terms may be updated as Styler evolves. The Last updated date identifies the current version.
